Fan, historian, and referee…the Neverkusen Crew is happy to welcome Alex Feuerherdt (@Lizaswelt) to the pod. He might be a Bayern Munich fan, but he’s the same man who wrote the Bayer Leverkusen history, and as a former football referee, someone whose Collinas Erben podcast breaks down the official decisions of every match day. It’s an honor to talk with a man who saw Bayer Leverkusen’s greatest match (the UEFA Cup victory in 1988) and hugged Erich Ribbeck while he cried (#not). In the meantime, Tom drinks gas station beer, Patrick chops stix, and Alex tries to raise the intellectual bar, with little success….because we’re idiots.
